Daniel Mercurio

Daniel Mercurio is an experienced professional in knowledge management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Pegasystems since May 2019. Daniel leads a global team focused on documenting and enabling various cloud services, including Pega Cloud and Pega GenAI. Prior roles at Pegasystems include directing DITA-based technical writing, designing information architectures for internal wiki applications, and establishing governance over extensive documentation. Previously, Daniel worked at Tesla as a Site Surveyor II, where productivity optimization and team coaching were key responsibilities. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College and is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
