Dave Turner

Dave Turner is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in ecosystem operations and business process excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Ecosystem Operations at Pegasystems since January 2021, Dave has built an operations group to support a revitalized Partner Ecosystem. Previously at Akamai Technologies from October 2010 to January 2021, roles included Senior Manager of the Business Center of Excellence, where a group was established to ensure high-quality data for reporting, as well as leadership positions in Business Process & Analytics and Channel Sales Operations. Earlier experience at Pegasystems involved serving as a Senior Business Architect and as Manager of Sales Operations, contributing to the enhancement of sales automation and forecasting. Dave's career began at Thermo Electron as Manager of North American Sales Operations. Dave holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
