Irem Altay is a digital strategy and innovation director with over 12 years of international experience in customer experience and digital transformation. Currently, they serve as the Global Director of Partnership Management and Go-to-Market Strategy EMEA at Pegasystems. Previously, Irem held the position of Head of Digital Care at TIM, where they managed digital marketing channels and executed growth strategies. They also led business transformation projects at Vodafone and drove revenue growth as a Director of Digital Transformation at Capgemini Invent. Irem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the London School of Economics and a Master's Degree in Management, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
