Josefine Grape

Josefine Grape is a Pega Senior System Architect who began their career in the cultural and semi-governmental sector before pivoting to IT through a bootcamp program. Since joining Pegasystems in 2022, they have worked on projects in telecom and government, with significant experience on a Financial governance project for a leading Nordic bank. Prior to this role, Josefine held various positions at The Royal Court of Sweden, ranging from tour guide to project manager. They hold multiple certifications in system architecture and continue to pursue education in economics and strategic project management. In their spare time, Josefine enjoys creativity through home improvement, gardening, and literature, along with engaging in dance classes and scuba diving.
