Mario Batres

Mario Batres has a strong background in product management and consulting. Mario started their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at Staples, Inc. Mario then joined Epsilon in 2007, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst, providing advisory services and managing technology projects. In 2011, Mario joined Pegasystems, initially as a Sr. Decisioning Architect, responsible for consulting and training clients on Pega Decision Management & Analytics technology. Mario later became a Lead Domain Architect & Product Owner, and then a Senior Product Manager, where they developed innovative solutions for Pega's CRM applications. Most recently, Mario served as the Principal Product Manager, leading the creation and successful launch of the 1:1 Operations Manager product at Pegasystems, which has been adopted by major organizations worldwide. Mario has a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and delivering customer-centric marketing solutions.

Mario Batres has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. Mario also holds additional certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google, Inc. obtained in October 2014, and the Certified Senior Next-Best-Action Consultant certification from Pegasystems obtained in July 2014. Mario is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at The Wharton School, with an expected completion in 2024.
