Ken Neal

Ken Neal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information technology and engineering management. Currently serving as Executive Director and Senior Engineering Manager at Wells Fargo since September 2022, Ken previously held the position of Director of Information Technology for Financial, Workforce & Risk Governance at USAA from May 2019 to August 2022, where oversight of IT regulatory program expenditures and governance for critical controls was a key responsibility. Earlier in a distinguished career at Citi from July 2000 to May 2019, Ken was recognized as SVP and IT Infrastructure Group Manager, where initiatives included developing the first FinOps public cloud cost optimization strategy and consolidating voice engineering across 21 countries. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. with a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
