Matt Broch is a builder and leader of high-performing global teams, currently serving as Senior Regional Director of Client Modernization at Pegasystems, where they focus on partnering with strategic clients to maximize value from the Pega platform. Previously, Matt redefined the Enterprise Architecture practice at Pegasystems, growing the team significantly and establishing a Business Value practice to shift toward a client-centric approach. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Florida, Matt has also held roles in various capacities at multiple organizations, including Regions Bank and INgage Networks. A world traveler and explorer, Matt is a proud husband and father to two amazing girls.
