Melanie Wong

Melanie Wong is an experienced Principal Curriculum Developer and Program Manager at Pegasystems, with a career spanning various roles in localization and project management since January 2020. Prior to Pegasystems, Melanie served as a Translation Project Manager at Laboratoire Puressentiel® and held multiple positions at Wargaming Europe SAS, including Project Manager and Content Specialist. Additional experience includes translation and quality control roles at Technicis and project management at Publicis Events. Melanie possesses a strong educational background in language engineering and translation, holding a Master’s degree from Université Paris Cité and a Bachelor's degree from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, complemented by language studies in Chinese. Expertise spans sectors such as IT, e-learning, and e-commerce, with a focus on localization, document proofreading, and project coordination.
