Neeharika M has over a decade of experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Software Engineering at Pegasystems since March 2016, where responsibilities include leading internal development experiences. Prior roles at Pegasystems include Manager and Technical Lead in Release Engineering & ALM Tools, as well as Principal and Senior Software Engineer.
