Rocío D. Martinez, CDR, currently serves as the Global University Relations & Talent Programs Director at Pegasystems, where responsibilities encompass overseeing various internship and talent development programs, including Global Internships, Co-Ops, and DEIB initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Hill Holliday as the Global University Relations & Programs Lead and at State Street, where Rocío contributed to diversity sourcing and recruitment strategies. An AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter and Lean Practitioner Certified professional, Rocío has a strong focus on attracting and retaining diverse talent, supported by a solid educational background from Bentley University, Fudan University, and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
