Santosh Hegde

Santosh Hegde is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in machine learning and AI. From April 2019 to September 2024, Santosh held the position of Director and Senior Manager at Pegasystems, where leadership involved assembling a high-performing team to deliver machine learning services and orchestrating a scalable NLP service deployment on AWS. Previous experiences include serving as Manager of Decision Management & AI at Pegasystems, where a nine-member team was built to enhance Pega NLP functionalities for over 70 customers. Prior to Pegasystems, Santosh worked at Tech Mahindra as a Tech Lead, developing a sales quote engine, and at Yell Adworks India as a Module Lead, transitioning an order management system. At Infosys, experience as a Technology Analyst focused on enhancing delivery speed for customer engagement products. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
