Sheetal Kumar has over 16 years of extensive experience in application engineering and solutions development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Pegasystems since March 2011, Sheetal has progressed through various roles including Manager, Technical Lead, Principal Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer, and Solutions Engineer. Prior to Pegasystems, Sheetal worked at Solventek as a Pega PRPC System Architect and at Rulesware India as a Pega PRPC Consultant. Additional experience includes a role as Team Lead in Sales at CitiFinancial and as a Phone Banking Officer at ICICI Bank. Sheetal holds a Master of Computer Applications from N.B Science PG Centre and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vivekananda Degree College.
