Steve Dietz serves as the Senior Director of Global Practice Management for Intelligent Automation at Pegasystems since 2011, where leadership over consulting engagements in the financial services and public sectors has led to significant improvements in revenue, margin, utilization, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Prior to Pegasystems, Steve held leadership roles at NVISIA, where the healthcare practice was grown to $10 million in annual revenue, FINEOS, where entry into the North American market was successfully executed, and Sherwood International, where global business expansion efforts were realized. Early career experiences include strategic sales and alliances at CNA Insurance and asset administration at Chase. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Northern Illinois University.
