Steve Morgan

Steve Morgan is the Global Banking Market Industry Lead at Pegasystems. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director UK & Europe at Teleperformance from July 2017 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading the UK & Europe region, covering all operations as well as new business and existing client relationship management. Steve also re-established the Krakow, Poland operational site, including setting up 2 new clients and the operations leadership team. Steve Morgan also served as the Director of NBN Operations at Telstra from July 2014 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading all Fibre / Broadband (NBN) operations order to activate (O2A) activities across all customer segments (Consumer, Small Business, Corporate/Enterprise) and functional activity. Steve has also worked as an Associate Partner / Advisor for various companies from July 2018 to May 2019.

Steve Morgan's educational career began when they attended Abingdon School, where they studied various 'A' 'O' and 'GCSE' subjects. Steve then went on to Durham University, where they obtained a BSc in Economics, Politics, German. Finally, they attended INSEAD, where they studied Managing Global Virtual Teams.

They are on a team with Leon Trefler - SVP of Global Client Success, Laurence Trigwell - Managing Director, UK Financial Services & Insurance, and Kate Parente - Chief People Officer. Steve Morgan reports to Alan Trefler, Founder & CEO.
