Tim Simrell

Tim Simrell has extensive experience in infrastructure and support roles, currently serving as Director of Demo Infrastructure and Support at Pegasystems since January 2019, having previously held positions as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Earlier in the career, Tim worked as Sales Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead at Pegasystems from March 2012 to March 2018, and as a Network Operations Engineer at iCorps Technologies. Prior roles include IT Engineer at Experian QAS US and IT Helpdesk Analyst at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Languages and Cultures from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, earned between 2003 and 2007.
