Tony Parakka

Tony Parakka has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Tony started their career as a Software Engineer at VXL INSTRUMENTS LIMITED in 1999 and later worked at PSI Data Systems as a Software Engineer until 2003. In the same year, they joined McAfee as a Technical Lead. Later, they worked at Mindtree Consulting as a Tech Lead for a brief period in 2003. From 2007 to 2010, Tony worked as a Software Consultant at Harvard University. Tony then joined IBM as an Advisory Software Engineer and served for ten years until 2020. After that, they joined Acoustic as a Principal Software Engineer, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Tony is working as a Principal Software Engineer at Pegasystems.

Tony Parakka completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Christ College - Irinjalakuda between the years 1993 and 1996. Tony then pursued their Masters in Computer Application degree in the field of Computer Science from Christ University, Bangalore, from 1996 to 1999.
