Utsav Sharma serves as a Senior Client Success Manager at Pegasystems since July 2022, where responsibilities include addressing complex challenges faced by customers through the Pega platform. Prior to this role, Utsav worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from May 2019 to December 2021, specializing in Tech Strategy, Intelligent Automation, and Operating Model transformations for Banking and Financial Services clients. Utsav also held senior consultant and assistant manager positions at Capgemini from September 2011 to May 2019, focusing on application change and DevOps for major broker-dealer organizations, as well as leading presales efforts for Banking and Financial Services customers. Utsav holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amity School of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2011.
