Laura is one of Osprey’s Client Success Managers joining in 2021. She is responsible for managing, creating and nurturing valuable client relationships. She ensures clients have the best experience in their Osprey journey and always has the customer at the heart of everything she does.

Laura brings over 15 years’ experience within account management and customer services roles and is passionate about customer success. She is used to working in and thrives in a high-pressure environment having come from a background in financial services with high-net-worth clients.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise working alongside platforms like Osprey, having used similar technology in previous roles. Laura is constantly innovating new ways to improve the customer experience and has been an integral part of implementing new processes to deliver first-class customer services.
