Vivek Thukral possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global Talent Attraction Leader (Senior Director) at Pegasystems, Vivek has held progressive roles such as Global Talent Attraction Leader and Talent Attraction Leader (Director) in India. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Director & Head Talent Acquisition at ADP, and prior to that, director and senior HR manager roles. Vivek began a career in recruitment as a recruiter at Deloitte and further developed skills as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco.
