Joey Batchelor

Joey Batchelor currently serves as the Incoming Chair and Vice President of Finance at PEI since October 2023. Previously, Joey Batchelor founded Guardian Fueling Technologies, LLC, in August 2000, where the role of President & CEO and Board of Directors Member has been held while overseeing a world-class distribution company focused on petroleum and fluid storage solutions and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Prior experience includes being a member of the Athletic Directors Advisory Council at the University of North Florida from May 2017 to September 2024, serving as President of NRI Service & Supply, LLC, before its rebranding, and as Corporate Service Director at Station Equipment & Maintenance, Inc. Additionally, Joey Batchelor served honorably as an Electrical Systems Engineer in the United States Marine Corps, where recognition included three Marine Corps Achievement Medals and three meritorious promotions.
