Augie Swierczynski

Augie Swierczynski is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at CFOPEI-Genesis since June 2023, Swierczynski previously held the CFO position at GWYNEDD MANUFACTURING INC from September 2017 to June 2023 and at LearnQuest from October 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included leading finance departments in the U.S. Prior to these roles, Swierczynski was Vice President of Finance/CFO at Pandrol from March 2001 to October 2015, overseeing finance, accounting, HR, IT, and risk management functions while collaborating with senior management to enhance business efficiency. Starting the career at First USA Bank as Manager of Financial Reporting from June 1999 to March 2001, Swierczynski was responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis in the credit card segment. Augie Swierczynski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Drexel University.
