Bernard Koh is an accomplished Regional Sales Director for SEA & Oceania at PEI-Genesis since December 2018, focusing on strategic development in customized engineered connector and cable solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Norgren Express for IMI Precision Engineering, where Bernard formulated APAC go-to-market strategies to enhance industrial automation sales through digital transformation and customer retention. Bernard’s extensive career at RS Components spanned various leadership roles including Head of Sales Operations & Effectiveness APAC, where Bernard improved sales efficiency and gross margins across multiple countries. Additional experience as a Project Sales Manager at Rotomatik Pte Ltd and Regional Project Engineer at MHE-Demag contributed to a robust foundation in sales and engineering. Bernard holds an MBA from the University of Leeds and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester, complemented by an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning in Singapore.
