Mark Brinin

As CFO of PEI Group, Mark brings over 20 years’ global financial leadership experience. Most recently at Wood Mackenzie, he guided the company through a $3.1bn acquisition carve out to Veritas Capital from Verisk Analytics. Prior to this, Mark held senior roles at RELX, LexisNexis, Flight Centre and PwC. A Chartered Accountant, Mark specialises in M&A, strategic growth and operational excellence.
