Mohamed Zaky

Mohamed Zaky is a skilled business development executive currently employed at PEI since June 2022. With a diverse background in customer service and operations, Zaky has previously held positions as a call center agent at Sitel Group, rider ops associate at Gorillas, and front of house at Dirty Bones. Zaky also served as a team leader at Chotto Matte and as a sales associate at Superdrug. Academically, Zaky holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Brunel University London and has completed the ServiceNow Service Design & Management program at Northeastern University London.
