Simon Poulston

Simon Poulston is an experienced technical leader with a focus on agile delivery and web development. Currently serving as a Technical Delivery Lead at PEI since August 2022, Simon previously held the role of Web3 Delivery Lead at Redeemeum, where significant achievements included launching $4 million worth of fashion products in Decentraland and achieving a 50X user growth. At MLex Market Insight, Simon acted as Agile Delivery Manager, spearheading a transition to a cloud-hosted solution and reducing release cadence from monthly to daily.
