Cambo Nelson

Cambo Nelson is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Pei Wei since February 2023, Cambo has previously held the position of Director of Operations at Charleys Philly Steaks from January 2022 to September 2022, and at HOUSTON PIZZA VENTURE LP from January 2019 to February 2022. Cambo also contributed significantly as the Director of Operations at Mongolian Dining Ventures LLC from July 2012 to February 2022, managing nine multi-unit restaurants that generated over $16.5 million in annual revenue. Prior experience includes serving as an Area Supervisor at Mongolian Dining Ventures from July 2009 to July 2012, where responsibilities included optimizing operations for four restaurants and leading a team of General Managers.
