Joshua Washburn is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Pei Wei since May 2023, Joshua previously held roles at LG Electronics as an HR Generalist from March 2017 to December 2022, supporting mobile communications and field service technicians, and managing various HR functions including employee retention, onboarding, and investigations. Prior to that, as Human Resources Manager at Southwest Construction Services from June 2013 to March 2016, Joshua oversaw all HR activities and payroll operations. Additional experience includes roles at MB2 Dental Solutions as a Human Resources Coordinator and an internship at Dental Professionals of Texas. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Texas A&M University, completed in 2012.

Who we are: Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, is one of four concepts owned and operated by West Coast Capital, the second largest Operator of fast casual/quick-service Chinese restaurants in the U.S. Pei Wei’s story began in 2000 in Scottsdale, Arizona with a dream of a restaurant that served authentic, Asian-inspired dishes without compromising freshness for speed of service. Twenty-one years later, our story continues. With each plate, our guests enjoy bold, Asian flavors that couple sit-down quality with take-out convenience. We place an emphasis on preparing our handcrafted dishes with fresh, house-chopped veggies and whole cuts of white-meat chicken and grass-fed flank steak.
