Michelle Nguyen

Michelle Nguyen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Grand Prairie since August 2020. In addition, Michelle has been with Pei Wei since December 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing HR needs for a multi-unit operation with 3,500 employees across 160 locations in 20 states, while managing various HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and benefits. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Wesleyan University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College.
