Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Pei Wei since May 2018, Michelle has previously held positions including Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Good Smoke Restaurant Group, where core responsibilities involved full cycle accounting and accounts receivable management. Michelle also worked as a Staff Accountant/Chargeback Analyst at BIOWORLD Merchandising, focusing on chargeback recovery and month-end reconciliations. Earlier roles at Cintas included Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Manager, and Office Manager, where leadership and process improvement were key aspects of the responsibilities. Who we are: Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, is one of four concepts owned and operated by West Coast Capital, the second largest Operator of fast casual/quick-service Chinese restaurants in the U.S. Pei Wei’s story began in 2000 in Scottsdale, Arizona with a dream of a restaurant that served authentic, Asian-inspired dishes without compromising freshness for speed of service.
