Current roles include Vice President Operations at Pei Wei Asian Express and Mandarín Express since July 2019, and Vice President Operations Excellence at Pei Wei since April 2016, focusing on operational efficiency solutions. Previous positions include Market Partner at PF Chang's Global Brand Development, overseeing airport operations from August 2014 to May 2016, and Business Transformation during which Lean Thinking initiatives and a Kitchen Display System were established. Additionally, Robert managed nine locations for P.F. Chang's China Bistro from June 2000 to May 2015, achieving significant sales and staff management.
