Eric Gay

Eric Gay has over 29 years of experience in various roles within customer service, product management, and sales across several companies. Currently a Product Manager at Peirce Phelps since March 2015, Eric also served as an Associate Product Manager. Prior to this, Eric had a long tenure at Carrier Transicold from 1998 to March 2015, where responsibilities included Inside Customer Support and Technical Assistance, Business Development Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Earlier experience includes Branch Manager and Sales Engineer at Pameco Corp and Inside Sales Representative at Genesee Refrigeration. Eric's career began in the US Army, where management of administrative duties and training implementation was key from 1984 to 1992.
