Thomas Rhoads

Thomas Rhoads possesses extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management within the HVAC industry and has demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills as a swim coach. Currently serving as a Carrier Territory Manager at Peirce Phelps since June 2014, Thomas Rhoads is responsible for selling residential and commercial equipment, fostering customer relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. Previous roles include Parts Counter Sales Representative, where Thomas Rhoads focused on client acquisition and product education, and Swim Coach at Ridley Area YMCA, mentoring young athletes. Thomas Rhoads is a West Chester University of Pennsylvania alumnus, holding a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections, and distinguished as a four-time NCAA All-American swimmer and former captain.
