Sebastian Drożdżał

Sebastian Drożdżał is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of IT Department at Pekao Investment Banking since December 2024, Sebastian is also a Co-Owner and member of the Board at i3P sp. z o.o., where responsibilities include product development and market recognition for the PABLO System. Previous positions include IT BP Department Director at Medicover, focusing on consumer services in Poland and Germany, and Senior IT Service Delivery Manager at Nordea.
