Troy Cam

Troy Cam has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Troy started their career as a Project Engineer at General Motors Corp, where they developed test and validation plans for door systems and conducted engineering feasibility studies.

Troy then moved on to Citigroup, Inc, where they worked as a Credit Analyst/Relationship Manager, performing credit analysis and market research.

After that, Troy joined Franklin Templeton Investments as a Portfolio Analyst, where they assisted the Senior Portfolio Manager in managing equity portfolios.

Troy also worked at MID-CONTINENT CAPITAL, LLC as a Head Trader, managing the trading desk and executing trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

In their most recent role at Pekin Hardy Strauss Wealth Management, Troy served as the Head Trader, responsible for trading equities, fixed-income securities, and options for high net worth separately managed accounts. Troy generated fixed-income ideas and executed trades for portfolio managers, while also executing trades in foreign markets.

Troy Cam has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a finance concentration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Troy completed this degree in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Mechanical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (currently known as Kettering University) in 1995. Furthermore, Troy Cam earned a tesol/tefl certification from Oxford Seminar in November 2012.
