Doug Sluser

Doug Sluser has a range of work experience in financial planning and accounting roles. Doug is currently working as the Director of Financial Planning at Pekin Insurance, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Controller at Precision Planting from 2021 to 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Pekin Insurance as the Director of Financial Planning and also as the Accounting Project Manager. Before that, Doug worked at Nudo Products, Inc. as the Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they have experience at Morton Buildings, Inc. where they held various positions, including Spencer Plant Manager, Fabrication Plant Manager, and Accounting Manager. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Finance and Administration at LR Nelson.

Doug Sluser completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance with a concentration in Business Management from Bradley University between 1987 and 1989. Additionally, they pursued another MBA degree in Business Administration from the same institution, completing it between 1994 and 1998.
