Jim Rinkenberger is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Since July 1997, Jim has served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Pekin Insurance, where the focus is on developing the Digital Workplace strategy centered around Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD, while also facilitating AWS cloud operations and collaborating with the DevOps team. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Technical Services Analyst at Pekin Insurance, managing Windows environments and supporting business applications. Earlier experience includes working as a Level 3 Technical Support specialist at Ruppman Marketing, assisting customers with home electronics, and serving as a Voice Intercept Operator in the US Army, where Jim was involved in critical operations during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Jim has a background in Russian studies from the Defense Language Institute and a high school diploma from Pekin Community High School.
