Curtis McGrath

Curtis McGrath has a diverse work history with experience in product management, agile consulting, project management, and credit analysis. Curtis started their career as a Credit Officer at Canadian Western Bank, where they created finance solutions for clients in various industries. Curtis then transitioned to Acro Media Inc, where they held roles as a Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Development Account Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing projects, overseeing communication between stakeholders, and growing client relationships. Curtis also worked as an Agile Consultant at ORCA Agile, helping clients optimize their Agile development processes. At Bananatag and Staffbase, they served as a Product Manager and Product Owner, leading product initiatives, driving feature development, and supporting the integration of platforms during a merger. Most recently, Curtis worked as a Senior Product Manager at Procurify, focusing on boosting product process, reliability, trust, and culture. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Manager at Pela.

Curtis McGrath attended The University of British Columbia from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Finance. In 2011, they also attended Università Bocconi for a study abroad program in Global Business, but the end date is unknown.
