Tal Bar currently serves as Chief of Staff at Pelanor since January 2025. Previously, Tal held the position of Office Manager and PA at Perception Point from May 2021 to January 2025 and worked as an Alumni Coordinator at MEET - Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow from August 2020 to May 2021. Tal's early career includes service as a Commander of recruits and Educational Courses Manager within the IDF, where responsibilities also included functioning as a bureau clerk from March 2019 to March 2021. In terms of education, Tal is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, expected to graduate in June 2025, and has attended Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., and MEET's summer school affiliated with MIT. Additional educational background includes time spent at The Mae Boyar High School and The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Wingate Institute.
