Yael Yona

Yael Yona is an experienced HR and operations professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment across several technology-focused organizations. Currently serving as the HR and Operations Manager at Pelanor since March 2024, Yael has previously held roles including HR Lead at Vect and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Checkmarx, where expertise was applied in integrating security within the software development process. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aqua Security, Technical Recruiter at Spot by NetApp, and Recruitment Consultant at APM, Agiv Professional Manpower LTD. Yael holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting & Development from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
