Anton Afanasyev

Anton Afanasyev is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in customer support and software testing. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support/Integration Engineer at Pelatro since January 2017, Anton specializes in troubleshooting, diagnosing customer issues, and providing comprehensive online and on-site support. Prior to Pelatro, Anton held significant roles at DANATEQ, including Senior Support Engineer and Senior Software Test Engineer, where responsibilities included 24/7 support, testing new features, and training customer personnel. Additionally, Anton's early career involved software testing and team leadership at MERA, focusing on various telecommunications systems. Anton holds a master's degree in Automatic Control Systems from Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University and has pursued studies in Russian history and ethnography.
