Michael White

Michael White has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Michael began their career in 1994 as a Computer Specialist at the High Plains Institute of Technology. Michael then worked as a Data Analysis Clerk at the OK Department of CareerTech before joining Stillwater Network Services as the Owner and Operator, where they provided IT assistance to small and medium-sized businesses.

In 1996, Michael joined Oklahoma State University, where they held various progressing positions in Data Communications. Michael was responsible for maintaining and expanding the ATM backbone for the campus network, coordinating work for part-time employees, and evaluating emerging technologies. Michael also facilitated the upgrade of legacy networks and installed network backbones for Langston University and OSU Oklahoma City. Throughout their time at Oklahoma State University, Michael served in roles such as Coordinator of Network Operations, Network Architect and Manager of ITS, and Director of Telecommunications.

From 2010 to 2012, Michael worked as the Director of Information Technology and Records Management at the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, where they built the department from the ground up and implemented paperless operations and electronic business applications.

In 2012, Michael joined ACG Materials as the Director of Information Technology, where they maintained the company's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

From 2018 to 2023, Michael served as the Chief Information Officer at TBS Factoring Service, LLC, overseeing the company's technology strategy and directing the development of software mobile and web applications.

From 2021 to 2023, Michael worked as the Chief Technology Officer at PETRA Financial Technologies, where they defined architecture and strategy for multiple platforms and advised boards of portfolio companies on technology strategies.

Currently, Michael is the Vice President of Information Technology at Pelco Products, Inc. Since joining in 2023, they have been responsible for overseeing the company's IT operations.

From 1992 to 1994, they attended High Plains Institute of Technology and obtained a degree in Microcomputer Programming in the field of study of Micro-Computer Programming.

From 1994 to 2000, they attended Oklahoma State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.

Michael continued their education at Oklahoma State University from 1994 to 2009, obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Additionally, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundations from Pearson VUE in May 2018 and CCNA from Cisco in December 2001.
