Dr. Janet Olivares

Dr. Janet Olivares is an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a focus on international and domestic credit and collections, currently working at Rapha CCC since November 2012. Previously, Dr. Olivares served as a Medical Billing Specialist at MK MEDICAL from May 1995 to June 2002, handling billing for private insurance, Medicare, and Medi-Cal. Dr. Olivares holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Christian Studies and a Doctorate in Clinical Christian Counseling, alongside a Master's Degree in Administration and Organization in Business, all obtained from Ecclesia University of Divinity International.
