Kai Goellner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kai is currently employed at Peli BioThermal as a Principal Product Development Engineer since December 2020. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer at the same company from 2017 to 2020 and 2013 to 2017 respectively. Kai also worked as a Research Consultant at Peli BioThermal from 2012 to 2013.
In addition, Goellner has served as the CFO at Grand Sports Inc. since June 2014. Kai previously worked as a Contract Engineer at tenKsolar from 2011 to 2012.
Furthermore, Goellner gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota in 2012 and 2010.
Prior to this, Goellner worked as a Veteran Marketing Associate at PRIDE ENERGY SOLUTIONS in 2010 and as a Delivery Driver at Burrito Union from 2009 to 2010.
Kai also gained valuable engineering experience through their roles as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at BAE Systems in 2008 and as an Engineering Support Technician at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2007 to 2008.
Goellner's early career includes a position as a Survey Field Technician at Hansen Thorp Pellinen Olson, Inc. in 2006.
Kai Goellner holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) with a focus on Thermal and Fluid Engineering from the University of Minnesota, obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained the Engineer In Training certification from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in 2010.
