Johanna Nieto

Johanna Nieto serves as the Director of Finance at Pelican Grand Beach Resort since August 2018, previously holding the position of Assistant Director of Finance. With a solid background in finance, Johanna also contributed to the Sydell Group from August 2016 to August 2018, focusing on financial analysis, revenue reporting, and accounts reconciliation. Prior experiences include serving as Reservations Manager at Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center and various roles at Miami Beach Resort, where responsibilities ranged from rooms control management to income auditing and accounts payable coordination. Johanna began a career in finance as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and further developed organizational and supervisory skills in the healthcare sector as a Neurology Office Manager. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at Purdue Global, Johanna combines extensive industry experience with academic advancement.
