Ryan Pugh

Ryan Pugh is a Sr. Design Lead specializing in inflatable kayak product design and development at Pelican International. With a background in Industrial Design, Ryan has extensive experience in conceptualizing designs through sketching, prototyping, 3D modeling, and computer-generated illustrations. Prior to their current role, Ryan worked as an Industrial Designer at Advanced Elements, where Ryan collaborated with company founders to lead design aspects across various media and industry channels. Ryan also has experience as a Student Mentor at Industrial Design Outreach, Inc., where Ryan educated and mentored high school students in design principles. Ryan holds a BAIA in Industrial and Graphic Design from San Francisco State University and an A.A. in Art and Design from San Diego Mesa College.
