Jay Battikha

Jay Battikha has extensive work experience in technology and development roles. Jay worked as the Director of Technology at Pelican Parts, where they managed full stack development and coding in Perl, Windows, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. Jay also owned their own company called Smartistic. Jay worked as a Technical Consultant at Katzkin Leather Inc., where they created proprietary technology for dynamic seat color and pattern selection. Additionally, they developed a full stack technology for seat design management. Prior to that, Jay worked as a Senior Web Developer for Egency, a consumer web-to-print project funded by Agfa-Gevaert. Jay also worked as a Contractor for Preferred Group. Jay was the Founder, Creative & IT Lead at LTSC, where they produced and operated multiple high-traffic web properties and successfully sold the business. Jay worked as a Lead Designer at OpenTV, designing UI and graphics for interactive TV channels. Jay was also involved in business and product development as a Co-Founder at Sharewire, Inc., where they developed a Perl-based CMS. Jay served as the Manager of Internet Commerce and Art Director at Willow Pond Corporation and as a Lead Artist at Virtual Entertainment.

Jay Battikha attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration & Design.
