Daniel Welch

Daniel Welch has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel'smost recent position was as a Sales Training Manager at Pella Mid-Atlantic, Inc. starting in June 2019.

Prior to that, Welch worked at Power Home Remodeling from March 2012, where they held the role of Sales Mentor / Remodeling Consultant (Account Executive). In this role, they managed a sales team responsible for approximately $10 million in annual revenue and developed staff through training courses to improve closing percentage and average dollar.

From September 2008, Welch worked at L. Bean Inc as the Outdoor Discovery School Coordinator / Active Department Manager. Daniel was responsible for managing courses, trips, and tours and also designed and implemented store-based clinics and excursions.

Before that, Welch served as the General Manager at Hudson Trail Outfitters LTD from October 2006 to August 2008. In this role, they oversaw operations and finances and developed relationships with outdoor vendors.

Welch also worked at Forfeiture Support Associates / FBI from May 2005 to June 2006 as a Regional Contract Linguist Unit Records Examiner. Daniel provided applicant processing for FBI contract linguist needs and served as a logistical contact between Field Offices and FBI Headquarters.

In 2003, Welch worked as a Research Intern at the International Association of Chiefs of Police from May to August.

Daniel Welch has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Marymount University. Before attending Marymount University, Daniel also attended Gonzaga College High School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
