Nichelle Weiler

Nichelle Weiler, PHR, serves as the Education Manager and Employee Relations Specialist at Pella Regional Health Center since March 2014, contributing to a critical access hospital in central Iowa that offers integrated family practice and several outpatient services. Previously, Nichelle held roles as an HR Generalist and Recruiter Specialist within the same organization. Before joining Pella Regional, Nichelle worked as an Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek, a prominent staffing services provider. Nichelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Iowa State University, completed in 2011.
