Leonard Sievers is an experienced operations and sales professional within the window and door industry. Currently serving as the GM Operations at Pella Windows and Doors of Georgia since December 2023, Leonard has held various managerial roles at Pella Window and Door of GA, Inc., including Retail Sales Manager and Fulfillment Manager from 2017 to September 2024, as well as Installation Manager from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, Leonard owned and operated Sievers Specialties, focusing on large door and window installations in the Atlanta area. Leonard's career also includes ownership of Leonard Sievers Custom Homes from 2004 to 2010 and a role as System Manager at Groupware International, where skills in installation management and staff training were honed.
