Rich Baird has extensive experience in sales and account management within the weather-related and home improvement industries. Currently serving as a Trade Sales Consultant and previously as an Inside Sales Representative at Pella Windows and Doors of Wisconsin since February 2015, Rich has developed a strong background in client relations and product upselling. Prior to this role, Rich worked as an International Sales Account Specialist at The Weather Company International, Inc., where territory management and contract negotiations across the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions were key responsibilities. Rich's earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Weather Central, LP, as a Sales Account Specialist, where upselling and service renewals were primary focus areas, as well as a role as a System Trainer/Service Technician, providing training and installation for weather graphics solutions. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
